The Cherry Fork Presbyterian Church Missions include but are not limited to:
- The Adams County Crisis Pregnancy Center
-The Gideons International
- The Interfaith House; West Union, Ohio
- P.C. U.S.A. causes
In addition, beginning in 2009, the Cherry Fork Presbyterian Church holds an annual Election Day Dinner, providing a free meal for all members of Cherry Fork community.
